Best Knockouts – Confident? Sure, He’s Confident!

Best Knockouts…

You know how usually I like to really focus on the technical skills of boxing, carefully analyzing style characteristics, delivering carefully explained descriptions of individual skills and laying down detailed examples of the tactical application of those skills.  I have even gathered together a few videos that I consider to be the ‘Best Knockouts’ – Don Curry against Milton McCrory, Wilfred Benitez versus Maurice Hope and so on.  However, on this occasion I have taken a diversion from skill-based analysis and coaching to what can only be described the very real demonstration of a life-lesson. The lesson? Confidence is key, over-confidence is an absolute freakin’ liability!

Enjoy!

PS – there are more ‘sensible’ videos currently in production!

Hi Riz. I’ve fixed the link (you may have seen this, it’s become pretty viral over the years).

I’m remember first watching this video and thinking, “He’s like Naseem…without the credibility!”
