Hi coach where did you buy the red bounce stick?

Don’t recall. That’s juts a simple plastic pole, not much to it really

Hi Fran, what is the sense of the stance stretch? Your jabs do not hit your opp’s head. Cheers Stefan

Hi Stefan. So you can sneak your lead foot into range to land the jab. You can pop back out or follow it up with a back hand (Soviet style, bringing the rear foot forward with the punch). Not something to do all the time, but definitely something to work time to time.

Hi coach, I’m hitting 70 y/o this year, I have been working the bag and foot drill work, as recommended in your videos, 3x /wk for 3+ yrs; it has been integral to my cross training- fitness training (gave up sparring 8 years ago). As a senior, the training is important to maintaining cognitive function. Thank you for your great training videos, I am looking forward to working on the 4 footwork drills.

What a great back story Melvin. That’s fantastic, and you have my utmost respect for that mindset you obviously possess. Adapting your workouts, understanding the importance of them and always showing up. I really appreciate you taking he time to write. Nothing wrong with those of us with slow feet Melvin, slower feet simply make a better gun platform 🥊🥊🥊
